time flies too fast sometimes

from today:
walking. along the canal.
waiting for the bus. wind blowing in my face.
public service: putting on deodorant before using public transportation, puhleeese!
liling just came back, (she’s my new flatmate), and lazy person that i am just hadn’t budged from in front of the computer since before sun set. thanks to her, got up, turned on the lights, made tea (Japanese barley tea, not the British kind aight!) and prepped lunch for tomorrow, while chatting with her.
hehe. FORTNUM & MASON!
I walked today. walked along a canal. part-way talking to my cuz in Bath.
the sun was shining.
I also attempted going wall climbing after work again. A half hearted attempt, didn’t last very long at the wall, though the fit males there were, as always, nice eye-candy. But they didn’t have that much pulling power today. The outdoors and the sun did.
I suppose that’s how I ended up deciding to walk along the canal home. first time. And that lead me to an organic shop, where I bought a ripe smelling mango (mangos and peaches and pineapples are fruits that I REFUSE to buy unless they SMELL like they should), perfectly ripe avocado (which the shopkeeper helped me pick, that was really nice of him), and not one, but TWO (had to balance-qua….dark chocolate with vanilla (with caramelized chopped hazelnuts, heaven!)) tubs of Green and Blacks organic ice-cream. Ok so this organic stuff sometimes does get to me, like what? organic automatically means better? but sometimes i just cave in. too tired to examine too much.
And then went through, again another first, a park that i hadn’t realized was so close to my abode: London Fields, and sat on a bench and with the spoon i had in my container from my breakfast of yoghurt, muesli and clementine this morning, ate ice cream. which was perfectly melted. *cue birds singing*.
so those are the positives. I need to remember those.
the negatives, I don’t think so. they automatically add their weight to the world, my world, enough already. so no need for recording those.
Sometimes, the world really just doesn’t make sense. But we have to live with it.
Mahrie~! Just thought to shout out your name. Thats all.
